Every Buka & Cole Co. piece is made to order by our print partner, so production begins after you place your order. Production and delivery times vary by product. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because each item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size or color. Please check the size information on each product page before you order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or refund you. Email BukaColeCo@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. You do not need to send the item back.

LOST ORDERS

If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, or it has not arrived after a reasonable time, email us and we will help.
